Our Facility
We have two banquet halls. The Ballroom will accommodate from 125 to 450 people and is decorated with beautiful chandeliers, wall-to-wall carpet and a large parquet dance floor. Lighted trees and beautiful flowers can be found throughout the facility. Adjacent to the main entrance is a 5-tier, 9-foot-tall water fountain and a beautiful garden area– great for taking photographs on your special day. The foyer is a beautifully decorated entrance, and a host or hostess will greet your guests. The bridal suite has separate entrances to the outside and to The Ballroom.
The Len Burns room is a smaller, cozier room that holds up to 80 people. This is perfect for birthdays, showers, funeral luncheons, graduations and any small event. Be sure to ask about our option to use this room for your rehearsal dinner. The Len Burns room is adjacent to The Ballroom and used in conjunction with the Foyer, making a great area for your cocktail hour.

Directions From Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia, and North
Take I-95 South toward Delaware. Take the Chichester Avenue Exit #1.
At the first stop sign, turn Left. At the second stop sign, turn right onto Chichester Avenue. Follow Chichester Ave. for approximately 1 ½ miles to the third traffic light at Mill Road. Turn Right. The Phoenix will be on your right just past the Fire Station.
Directions From Southern New Jersey, Maryland, Wilmington and South
Take I-95 North to Exit #1 in PA, just past the Rest Area. At the stop sign, turn left onto Chichester Avenue. Follow Chichester Ave. for approximately 1 ½ miles to the third traffic light at Mill Road. Turn Right. The Phoenix will be on your right just past the Fire Station.
Directions From West Chester, Chester County and West
Follow Routes 1 or 202 to Route 322 East at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 202. Route 322 becomes the Conchester Highway. Follow Conchester Highway (Route 322) East to the 3rd traffic light, approximately 6 miles. The light is located by McDonald's and Wal-Mart. Turn Right. Bear right onto Bethel Avenue, as if you are going to McDonald's. Follow Bethel Ave. to the traffic light. Turn Left onto Chichester Avenue. Follow Chichester Ave. for approximately 1 mile to the first traffic light at Mill Road. Turn Left. The Phoenix will be on your right just past the Fire Station.
Directions From Central New Jersey and East
